Good deal, long wait for console
I ordered the PlayStation 5 Strombundle back in November. The sign-up process for the Ökostrom tariff was pretty straightforward online, took maybe 15 minutes. The switch from my old provider went smoothly, I used their Kündigungsservice and didn't have to do much myself. The electricity started flowing as expected. The big draw was the PS5, of course. They mentioned a delivery timeframe, but it still took about 6 weeks to actually arrive after everything was confirmed. When it did, the console was brand new, no issues. Support was responsive when I inquired about the console delivery status; they replied within a day or two. Overall, a good value if you're patient for the hardware.
Fair pricing, slow support response
